USAGE LICENSE OPTIONS
If you missed the boat on the pre-shoot cost-share discounts or if you only need a few images from the shoot, here are the pricing details to purchase a license for individual images:
STANDARD LIMITED USAGE LICENSE
This is the standard license that comes with every shoot for the purchasing client only but can also be purchased after the shoot at the rates listed below.
(Additional licenses may be bought prior to the shoot in a cost-share agreement, which is beneficial to all parties involved. If the shoot has already been completed, all third parties must use this pricing structure to purchase a license for individual images.)

1 - 10 images = $350/ea
10-20 images = $250/ea

NON-EXCLUSIVE: Photographer may enter into separate license agreements with third parties at any time.
USAGE:
ALLOWED:
Clients may use, display, or publish the images captured during the shoot for commercial, personal, or non-profit projects for their own marketing needs in perpetuity involving:
Print collateral
Website portfolio
Award submissions
A signed photo release by KBP is mandatory for the award host organization
Social media (organic posts only)
EXCLUSIONS:
Any editorial placements
If project is accepted for publication, editorial licensing fees are additional to the Standard Limited License. Licensing fees should be paid to the photographer by the magazine (preferably) or hiring client. Photographer should always be credited in publications as “Katie Bricker Photography”.
Any paid print, online, or outdoor advertising
Broadcasting
*All ad campaigns or any other uses will be custom quoted based on total media buy/exposure & specs and will be priced at the current fair market value. Please fill out the form to the right to get started. —>
SHARING:
NONE: No third-party rights granted -- images may not be resold or redistributed by the client to third parties in any form.
*Note: If Client has dealers/rep groups/resellers or has affiliates under a parent company who will want to use the images in any way —even on social media— an additional “Affiliates Fee” will be added to the cost of the shoot to account for the additional usage. This fee will be based on the total number of resellers and quoted on an individual basis.
TIME:
UNLIMITED: This license shall be valid for an unlimited amount of time.
COPYRIGHT:
NOT-TRANSFERRED: Photographer retains copyright ownership in perpetuity and is free to use the images at will.
ADVERTISING USAGE
If you are planning on using the images for any type of paid advertising placement, a custom quote will be built based on the details of your campaign/usage and the total media buy/exposure. It will be priced at the current fair market value determined by Getty Images. The advertising license will also include everything that is included in the Standard Limited License.

WHAT IS COST-SHARING AND WHY IS IT BENEFICIAL?
Clients are always encouraged to participate in a cost-share agreement prior to the shoot in order to save money. However, if that isn’t feasible, 3rd parties can always purchase a license after the shoot is over but it will be a little more costly.
Why?? Well, It simply comes down to the value of hard work and time vs. convenience. Upon payment, the 3rd party client immediately gets a link to download the high-res images and they can move on quickly with the product that they needed. On the flip side, the hiring client did all the hard work—they planned everything out with us, scheduled the shoot, prepped the space, coordinated colleagues to act as models, came to the shoot, helped move furniture, and then waited for them to be edited.
Photoshoots are a time-consuming endeavor so there’s value in all that work and and it ultimately comes at a cost in the form of convenience and instant satisfaction for anyone who wasn’t involved in that process.
