NYC TRIP

So, one of my favorite things to do...like ever...is to walk around a city by myself and take photos. It's very simple, but something that I don't get to do very often. No one is there guiding me on where to go. No one is rushing me to get going to the next spot. No one is there is to complain if I turn around and go back to get a better angle of the same shot. It's just me and my camera and it's so freeing and inspires so much creativity. Sure...I look like tourist, but then again, I am. So I don't care. If you have ANY interest in photography, I encourage you to do the same...even if it's your own city. Heck, it might even give you a new perspective on the same views you see everyday. Go try it let me know how it goes.

While I was in New York back in March, I was able to take about 4 hours out of my day do some shooting. The last time I did this in NYC was back in 2004 and it was with my old film camera so I'd have to dig to find them...and scan them all in. Oy, that sounds exhausting. Anyway, here are some of the recent shots...enjoy!
